Cote de Boeuf is a personal favourite of our chef and co-founder Gareth. As Christmas is fast approaching a week today (gulp, how does that happen!) he has created a recipe card for you to try out. Such an amazingly sumptuous cut of beef! This is a prime example of how the plancha isn't just for burgers, although obviously plancha cooked smashed burgers are still a firm favourite. This is a big chunk of meat and the plancha makes light work of it!

This recipe, the last of our Christmas specials for 2020, includes the rib of beef together with the tasty accompaniment of crispy potatoes, honey parsnips, mixed greens & gravy. All cooked on the Plancha!
It goes without saying that the whole team at Cook Outdoor have had the pleasure of taste testing this mouth
watering meal and it can definitely compete with the traditional Christmas roast dinners. Of all the years we definitely feel that 2020 is the perfect opportunity to try something a bit outside of the box with regard to your festive food choices. Throw that rule book out of the window!
