Our planchas are built to a professional specificiation and designed in Spain, the birthplace of the planchas!
This gas powered plancha consists of a 6mm thick carbon laminated steel removeable cooking plate which measures 70cm × 40 cm. The plate benefits from an anti-oxidation treatment for the first uses. It features a removeable grease tray to the side of the unit which makes it possible to easily remove food residues from the cooking plate.
Equipped with an electronic lighting mechanism and 2 “H” burners for efficient energy consumption and an evenly heated surface. The plancha works with propane or butane gas. It has a safety thermocouple which prevents gas leaks.
Ultra fast to clean with ice or cold water when the plate is still hot. This will allow you to keep your plate clean and all set up ready for it's next use.
The plancha is available in the following 2 colours:
- Orange
- Anthracite

Your plancha grill comes complete with the following:
- Simogas apron
- Short cooking spatula (handle colour may vary)
- Hose tail for the gas pipe
- AA battery for the piezo (ignitor button)
