Shipping
We offer free Standard Delivery within England and Wales on all orders over £50.
Orders under £50 carry a £10 charge.
Unfortunately we are no longer able to offer delivery to Northern Ireland as it stands at the moment.
For all orders from Scotland mainland and islands please email us with your order request and we can send you a quote regarding delivery costs etc together with an invoice for payment. Please note that you will be unable to purchase through the website directly.
All orders are usually delivered within 7 to 10 days from date of purchase. If you require your items quicker than our standard times please contact us at sales@cookoutdoor.co.uk to let us know and we will do our best to assist you.
Returns Policy
Changed Your Mind?
If you’ve changed your mind about you order after you’ve received it, that’s fine. Just return it to us in the original packaging and in perfect resaleable condition within 14 days of delivery of your order and we’ll refund you in full. No delivery charges will be refunded.
You can return your products via Royal Mail or any other suitable courier. Please check that you have the appropriate insurance to cover for any possible breakages or loss.
We will process your refund due to you as soon as possible. Contact us at sales@cookoutdoor.co.uk to obtain a returns address.
Goods should be returned to us unused and in the original packaging.
If you believe your product to be defective, or that you are entitled to a replacement under warranty, please don’t return the item to us. Let us know by emailing sales@cookoutdoor.co.uk, with some photos showing the problem, and a short description telling us what went wrong and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
If you have purchased using a credit card we will not refund the credit card charges we have incurred to process your payment.
